Shipping
Once you place an order for an item that is marked as “Available,” you can usually expect to receive your order in 5-7 business days. “Available” means I have that item in my studio inventory and it takes 1-3 business days to ship. Shipping time will depend on destination and is subject to holiday delays and periods of supply-chain disruption. Greeting cards, postcards, and stickers may be mailed without tracking, depending on the order size. For all other items, I will provide a tracking number when the order ships. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact me here.
“Available to Backorder”
If your selection shows “Available to Backorder,” that means I don’t have that item in my studio inventory and I will either print it specifically for your order, or am waiting for more stock to arrive. It will usually take 5-7 business days after you place your order until I ship it, but it may take longer for specific items.
If you are local to Berkeley or San Francisco, I may contact you about delivering your artwork personally.
For international deliveries, reach out here to request a shipping quote (it’s expensive these days!). I will provide a quote for the cheapest method, unless you request a time-dependent method. Receiver is responsible for all duties upon pickup, if applicable.
Quality
For my original artwork, I use permanent, pigmented black fountain pen ink (Platinum Carbon Ink) and pigmented, professional watercolors with superior lightfastness (Daniel Smith Extra Fine Watercolors). I create on 100% cotton, 300gsm, acid-free, archival hot press watercolor paper (Arches Hot Press Block). The use of these materials ensures a long-lasting and vibrant artwork for your home.
For fine art prints, I work with a professional giclée fine art printer in the East Bay. Giclée prints use pigment inks on heavyweight archival paper (Moab Entrada Rag), 100% cotton, acid- and lignin-free, for an enduring and premium product. With proper care, these prints can last multiple lifetimes and become a treasured item.
Greeting cards, postcards, stickers, and calendars certainly differ from the archival quality of giclée prints, but still make for vibrant items that capture the energy of the artwork for it’s intended purpose.

Order cancellations will only be processed if you notify me of your desire to cancel the print order before I ship it, or for backorders, before I make the print.
If you made a mistake and need to cancel your order, please contact me here and include the following information:
