Once you place an order for a print, you can usually expect to receive your shipment in 2-3 weeks. Prints take about 4 business days to fulfill before shipment. Shipping time will depend on destination and is subject to  holiday delays and periods of supply-chain disruption. I will provide a tracking number when the order ships. For orders of original artwork and art cards, I will personally package and ship as soon as possible after receipt of the order. I provide a tracking number for originals, but not for art cards, unless ordered together. Order-to-door times of 1 to 2 weeks may be typical. If you are local to Berkeley or San Francisco, I will contact you about delivering your artwork personally.

International delivery time depends on many factors that I cannot predict — for an estimate, add 1 week to the above times. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number with an estimated delivery date.


For my original artwork, I use permanent, pigmented black fountain pen ink (Platinum Carbon Ink) and pigmented, professional watercolors with superior lightfastness (Daniel Smith Extra Fine Watercolors). I create on 100% cotton, 300gsm, acid-free, archival hot press watercolor paper (Arches Hot Press Block). The use of these materials ensures a long-lasting and vibrant artwork for your home.

My prints are fulfilled by a professional giclée fine art printer. Pigment ink on heavyweight archival paper, 100% cotton, acid- and lignin-free, for an enduring and premium product that looks and feels like the original.

Art cards are printed on 350gsm cardstock. Printed pigments may not be lightfast, paper may not be acid-free, and the art card prints tend to be glossier than the giclée prints. They are beautiful, high quality, and make excellent gifts (as they can be used as budget-friendly frameable artwork!)


Order cancellations will only be processed if you notify me of your desire to cancel the print order before it goes to printing, or for an original, before I ship it. I can offer no timeline for this period, but I will do my best to cancel the order and refund to your original payment method.

Returns & Damage

All sales are final — no returns, no exceptions.

If your order arrived damaged or with a printing mistake, please contact me here with details and photos, and I will verify your claim and request the order to be re-fulfilled by my supplier. I cannot guarantee my supplier will honor replacement products for damaged orders, but will do my best.

If your original artwork order arrived damaged, please contact me here with details and photos, and I will work to resolve the issue.
