wholesale expectations

Good to know

My wholesale prices are 50% of my retail prices.
I prefer consistency in pricing for all locations where my art can be purchased, and it is my request that you set your retail price to match mine.

Minimum quantities apply, and are automatically verified in your cart.
– giclee prints: minimum of 10 prints total from the print category, but those 10 prints may be comprised of a variety of designs and sizes.
– NOTE: when selecting a print from a product page, the minimum will auto-set to 10, but can be reduced later in your cart, if you want a variety of prints at various quantities.
– greeting cards, postcards, and stickers: minimum of 5 for each product or design selected, with incremental increases in multiples of 5.

Helpful Tip!
If you know what you want to order, you can go to Account > Bulk Order, and search for your desired products and enter quantities quickly.

If you ever have any questions, you can use the “conversations” function in your Account menu (when logged in).

I generally don’t offer exclusive arrangements, but if you have a preference for a minimum distance to the nearest retail location that stocks my goods, I am happy to provide the addresses of nearby stores, and you may decide if you are comfortable proceeding. Once I establish a good relationship with a retailer, I am willing to accommodate an exclusivity radius, and will honor your request by not supplying goods to any new stores that wish to carry my goods within your specified zone ( I cannot, however, stop selling to existing wholesale customers in your zone).

Quality

For my fine art prints, I work with a professional giclée fine art printer in the East Bay. Giclée prints use pigment inks on heavyweight archival paper (Moab Entrada Rag), 100% cotton, acid- and lignin-free, for an enduring and premium product. With proper care, these prints can last multiple lifetimes and become a treasured item. I currently only offer my open-edition giclee prints for wholesale, and may discontinue them as an option in the future.

Greeting cards, postcards, stickers, and calendars certainly differ from the archival quality of giclée prints, but still make for vibrant items that capture the energy of the artwork for it’s intended purpose. Greeting cards and postcards are printed in Berkeley.

Packaging

– Giclee prints will come packaged with a chipboard backing, in a clear commercially-compostable sleeve, with a business card slipped in the back.
– Greeting cards will come packaged with an envelope, in a clear commercially-compostable sleeve. The back of the cards include branding.
– Postcards and stickers will be in stacks, loose, unless otherwise requested.

Payment

Currently, I only accept payment upon ordering, via the payment methods available in the store checkout.
If your business requires net 30 terms, please reach out via the chat function in your account, and we can look into that offering.

Coupons are not available to use with wholesale accounts.

Delivery

Once you place a wholesale order, I will begin processing your order. Most wholesale orders will ship in under 2 weeks, and a turnaround time of a few days is possible if I have all of your ordered items in my studio inventory. If I expect a time-to-shipment of longer than 2 weeks, I will reach out to let you know, and offer a chance to refund your order if the timeline does not align.

If you are local to Berkeley or San Francisco, I may contact you about delivering your wholesale order personally.

For international deliveries, reach out through your account chat feature to request a shipping quote. I will provide a quote for the cheapest method, unless you request a time-dependent method. Receiver is responsible for all duties upon pickup, if applicable.
